But if you find any of the product damaged or if it differs from the original order then it is the right opportunity for us to help you. All that you have to do is drop a mail to email@example.com Kindly notify us about the defect of the product within 48 hours of delivery. We extend our support to exchange all products except for the innerwears.
In case of returns, we credit you the amount paid for the products as cash back into your Smash's cashback account or as coupon for the same value. If you choose to exchange the item for reason of mismatch of size or receipt of a defective item, you will be provided with a replacement of the item, free of cost. However an exchange is subject to availability of the item in our stock.
The products are certainly in UNUSED condition with the invoice, original price tags, labels and corresponding receipts.
Return is made with adequate packing to avoid further damage.
Returns would be accepted only if we receive details of dispatch (Courier name, Date and Air Way Bill No) within 10 days from the date of delivery.
